Morgan Morano has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is an expert in business operations and artisan gelato. The former founder and operator of Morano Gelato, ranked #1 for gelato in America by Forbes Magazine, Morgan has experience in all life cycles of a small business: from the launch, to developing and growing a brand and customer base, to running a mature organization with multiple turn-key stores and franchises. Morgan has consulted for small businesses and taught gelato-making privately and publicly since 2010. Morgan knows how to set up small businesses so they can operate independently of the owner, with systems that minimize food waste and unnecessary expenses, while maximizing business profits, and can help in all areas of a business's growth cycle.
